I practice psychodynamic therapy with adults in Melbourne. I work with people who are looking for a deeper understanding of how past experiences have shaped ongoing patterns, and why the same difficulties might recur. I offer a supportive space where you can speak about whatever is troubling you and be heard. This type of therapy explores present struggles that may have their roots in the past: anxiety without a clear source, depression that keeps things stuck, difficult patterns in relationships, and the effects of trauma.
Words carry the traces of where we have been. Through close listening, I pay attention to the unsaid and unintended meanings that may point to unseen connections. We work together to explore what is beneath struggles that quietly persist. I aim to help you find relief through new perspectives, and to bring clarity to moments that are difficult or confusing.
