Having relief, clarity and a way forward in life is what we all need, and I’m passionate about helping people gain these outcomes if they’re feeling stuck, lost or overwhelmed. I provide psychological therapy and counselling to help you understand your mind and how you are connecting to others, and to help you get through emotional and mental blocks that may be holding you back. I provide a warm and supportive space to help you unpack what you are experiencing and guide you through stepped pathways to help you overcome these personal issues and any mental health difficulties.
As an experienced clinical psychologist, you can think of me as a gentle yet active personal trainer for your mind, empowering you with the knowledge and skills of psychology to navigate through any difficulties you may be experiencing currently and from the past, how you are coping internally, or how you are feeling, thinking and relating to others.
My approach to therapy is person-centred, compassionate and open minded - you get to come as who you are, and I make sure the therapy space is your space to speak freely in and to feel supported. I aim to make the most of each session with you (but going at the pace that suits you), tailored to your needs and goals, and guided by psychological science.
