Counselling can be a way to gently bring difficult experiences into the light, without judgement, and understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
The difficulties we experience often make more sense when we understand the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped us.
I support people with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, and more to develop greater self-awareness, process difficult emotions, and move towards meaningful change. Where helpful I incorporate nervous system awareness and regulation to help people feel more able to manage what life brings with steadiness and choice.
I am an experienced, trauma-informed counsellor. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, narrative, emotionally focused, and depth-oriented therapy perspectives. I believe each person’s experience is unique, and therapy should be responsive to the individual rather than confined to a rigid model.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about your next step, counselling with me can provide an opportunity to feel heard, develop greater self-understanding, reconnect with yourself and find a way forward.
