I work with clients from a range of areas and aim to connect with clients who are motivated to work together toward making changes in their lives. I work with neurodivergent clients, both doing testing and neuroaffirming therapy to help them advocate for themselves, as well as becoming more comfortable to unmask. I work with adolescent mental health, psychosocial disability. I also do extensive work with people who have experienced trauma, as well as those with personality disorders. People who want an empathic, honest, direct and exploratory approach to what affects them and better understanding themselves.
I am the Senior Mental Health Clinician and an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. With over 14 years' experience, additional training in neurodivergence, trauma, adolescent mental health and supervising other therapists I come with a range of experiences and skills. Having lived experience of disability, I can also support clients with these barriers.
I aim to meet a person 'where they are at', as we are all at different points at different times. I work non-judgementally from a neuroaffirming and trauma informed lens. Connecting with
