My ideal clients are people who have a keen sense that something needs to change, but haven't find the right tools (or the right guide). I specialise in meeting people where they're at, and then walking alongside them as they change. I also really enjoy helping couples tune up their relationships to make them rewarding, as well as to help those who are a bit lost find their way back to love and intimacy
I've got deep expertise in neurodiversity and trauma, which so often intersect. I use the Flash technique for trauma which can be life-changing without needing you to go deep into the wounds of the past.
I also use ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) to help unstick unhelpful patterns of thoughts, behaviour and emotion.
I'd love to hear from you. Reach out for an introductory chat, and lets see if we're a good fit!
