Richard is a proud transgender man who uses person-centered modalities such as Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. With years of experience supporting the trans community his kind and non-judgmental outlook fosters a safe space for self-exploration and interpersonal relationship concerns.
Whether you are ace, trans, queer, questioning, non-monogamous, kinky or none of the above, Richard’s open minded trauma informed approach will help you feel at ease. Richard recognises the heavy toll from masking as neurotypical in day-to-day society and offers a judgement free therapeutic space to be yourself.
