I work with adults navigating sexuality, identity, relationships, ND, sexual trauma and domestic violence recovery. I also support couples to strengthen communication, trust, and intimacy and navigate ENM.

If you don't have the words yet, that's okay, we'll slow things down to build safety and understanding, so you can process and grow, not just cope, with what life serves up.
My approach is relaxed but attentive. I won't be a blank slate, I’ll likely be drinking tea and I might take my shoes off (you can too), if you want to turn the big lights off and sit on the floor we can also do that. We can swear and laugh (necessary sometimes) but I'll take your healing seriously and make sure we're on the right path for it to happen.
