As an experienced Clinical & Counselling Psychologist and Supervisor with specialised training in mental health I offer counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. For families, I work with child mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, ARFID and provide neuro-affirming care and advocacy, support children through parental separation, and school challenges. I empower families to advocate for their neurodivergent young person in educational settings. For adults and couples, the aim is to enhance communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional responses.
With experience at Alfred Health, Monash Health, and community services, I work across the lifespan with children, adults and families using evidence-based therapies like family therapy, CBT and neuro-affirming care. Additionally, I offer regular supervision for provisional psychologists, early career psychologists and allied health professionals.
I offer an ethical and collaborative relationship with my clients to bring about positive change. I feel there is no problem too big or small for counselling and that every child and adult has their own built-in abilities to overcome difficulties and I aim to help my clients in recognising their own strengths. I bring my therapy dog for support somedays.
