She also provides counselling to adults experiencing anxiety, separation, grief and loss, parenting support, and family conflict.
Pri is a Counselling Psychologist; worked at Alfred Health & community agency. See's clients 4 years & older presenting with anxiety, depression, school difficulties, self-harm, trauma & NDIS support. She uses evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behaviour therapy, family therapy, trauma informed care, solution focused brief therapy,& mindfulness.
Pri is empathetic, ethical and works collaboratively with her clients to bring about positive change. She feels there is no problem too big or small for counselling and that every child and adult has their own built-in abilities to overcome difficulties, & she aims to help her clients in recognising their own strengths. She brings her therapy dog for support!
