I offer a safe space for you to debrief life's stresses and reconnect with your authentic self. I have a particular interest in helping people experiencing significant stress or loss (including pet loss). I enjoy supporting teens, parents, unpaid carers, identity and neurodiversity. I help nourish hope and taking action towards improving your wellbeing.
I enjoy counselling people of all ages and backgrounds, and have years of experience working with pre-teens, teens and young adults. I am creative and musical. I will help you find ways to cope with stress and difficult times or process painful loss. I will encourage you to notice what gives you energy, and how to take action towards what you value.
What I love most about counselling is providing a non-judgemental, comfy, safe space where you can feel supported to share and process what you need. Sometimes that is exactly what many of us need to adapt and move through challenging times. My client-centred practice is built on mutual trust, respect, inclusion, empathy, warmth and genuineness.
