I work with adolescents and adults facing stress, anxiety, and depression. My clients are young parents, working mothers and often from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds that face dual challenges of cultural identity and mental health issues. As a culturally diverse individual, I understand their struggles and aim to provide a safe, empathetic space to explore emotions and develop personalized strategies for resilience and well-being. Together, we aim for long-term improvement, helping clients thrive personally and professionally, overcoming barriers, and achieving their goals.
My approach is person-centric, values driven and strengths-based, fostering confidence and resilience. I am a Domestic and Family Violence First Responder (ACEOC) and a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA, Australia) accredited as a Wellbeing coach (GLWS- Level 1). With over 25 years of global corporate experience, I bring a unique perspective to my practice.
I bring a wealth of diverse therapeutic expertise to my counseling practice. Drawing from modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT – Level 1), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), I offer transformative support to individuals seeking positive change.
