It deeply affects me to see people living with wounds caused by trauma, abuse, grief, relationship breakdown, or overwhelming life experiences. Many feel trapped inside patterns of fear, shame, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion that were never theirs to carry. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward healing and stability. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, with particular experience in trauma and domestic violence.
I specialise in trauma, domestic violence, relationship counselling, adolescents, children, and culturally sensitive counselling. I use an integrated, trauma-informed approach tailored to each individual because healing is never one-size-fits-all. Victims Services funding may be available to provide free counselling for eligible clients.
