I have worked for Relationships Australia and the Red Cross with individuals and families facing all sorts of challenges. With 10 years of experience, I am passionate about a person centered approach to care, grounded in genuine connection.
I have a degree in Community Work and post graduate training in Trauma. I am also currently completing a Master of Social Work. Throughout my career, connection has been at the heart of my practice. I specialise in trauma-informed, strengths-based counselling tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Lets tackle the challenges of life together.
