I provide trauma-informed, neuroaffirming counselling for individuals experiencing C/PTSD, PTSD, ADHD/AuDHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and related challenges. When past trauma is unresolved, it can impact every part of life—leaving us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode. A nervous system response.
With over 20 years of experience, I support clients to process trauma safely and effectively. I use somatic-based therapies, EMDR (I am EMDRAA accredited), DNMS, Ego State Therapy, Deep Brain Reorienting, and other integrative approaches tailored to each person’s needs.
I provide neuroaffirming counselling for ADHD and AuDHD clients, grounded in lived experience and a deep understanding of neurodivergence. I provide support to assist neurodivergent burnout with personalised strategies that assist recovery, instead of pre-burnout/burnout. My goal is to help build confidence, capacity, and tools to manage everyday challenges
