I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to increase psychological flexibility and EMDR to process traumatic memories. My intention is to create a warm and safe environment where all internal experiences such as emotions, thoughts and memories can be explored with compassion and understanding.
I particularly enjoy working with young adults as they navigate change along their journey of life. I work with adults of all ages, genders, cultures, economic backgrounds and sexual orientation
