My specialty is working with people in transition, at the crossroads between the past and the future. The ways you’ve coped, related, or understood yourself are no longer working. With this comes an invitation to discover new ways of being that are more aligned with who you are. Whether you’re struggling with relationship challenges, trauma, betrayal, family of origin patterns, or simply a feeling of being stuck, therapy can help you make sense of your experiences, deepen self-awareness, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Relationships can be a profound source of wellbeing, and also where we experience some of our deepest pain. Ultimately, the way you relate to others is shaped by how you understand and relate to yourself. I support you to reconnect with your inner strength, wisdom and truth, creating more authentic and meaningful ways of relating.
