Welcome! I feel privileged to be able to offer you an integrative, trauma informed and evidence-based approach to counselling, health and wellbeing. I have an extensive background in healthcare and my aim as a counsellor is to help clients regain mental, emotional, social and physical health. I strive to guide and support my clients in finding the balance and confidence they need to manage stress, anxiety and depression, improve health, wellbeing and relationships. I am based in the Adelaide Hills & Fleurieu Peninsula and offer online or phone appointments outside of my clinic hours. Home visits are negotiable.

I work with people who need guidence and support with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTS, grief and loss, behavioural and substance abuse disorders, parental support including pre and postnatal, PND, family and relationship counselling, youth mental health and wellbeing, men's and women's health, health and lifestyle support.

I am passionate about helping to close the gap between mental health & physical health care needs. Clients can feel confident in my knowledge due to my passion for counselling, ongoing commitment to study, and my experience as a nurse in women's health, health support & chronic disease management; I also assist clients in navigating the healthcare system.
