Sometimes life goes out of focus, or gets blurry, or we can’t focus on anything and that is when we need to REFOCUS and get perspective. I would like to encourage and empower you to overcome obstacles in your life or relationships in order to enjoy living your life and being you. I would like to help your child heal from pain and be equipped to deal with life issues. If you or your child have suffered any trauma, struggling with attachment or relationships, have anxiety or depression, suffers from grief and loss, I can help you. I offer therapeutic services to individuals & families. I do socio-emotional assessments and develop a treatment plan with you. I have obtained specialised training in working with children and women, which includes unique child-centered play therapy, trauma therapy, anxiety treatment and attachment therapy. I am also qualified in EMDR for trauma.
I bring compassion, care, a listening ear, love and a non-judgmental attitude to my work at all times. I have a passion to help and encourage others on their journey. Sometimes life seems out of focus and I want to help you refocus in order to move forward.
