If you are looking for a professional yet compassionate practitioner who genuinely seeks to empower your journey then that could be me. i offer a safe yet explorative style, supported by evidence-based research. I aim to provide a cosy, safe, personalised intervention which taps into your strengths, enabling you to gain clarity, set goals and move toward growth. Dependent on your needs I am able to work with individuals (children or adults), or the family to gain a broad understanding of the past and existing attachments, trauma and concerns which impact the current situation. Expressive materials used in conjunction with cognitive or narrative (thinking & talking) therapy is a powerful combination especially for those experiencing difficulty 'thinking straight' or are verbally compromised (based on age, neuro-diversity, culture or fear) or are more naturally drawn to movement or creative ways to communicate. AND IT'S FUN :)
