We have had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations using Psychological therapies in clients with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, suicidal ideation, general and sexual offending and substance misuse.
We deliver cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy and other evidence-based treatments to adult clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and adjustment problems.
