We deliver cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy and other evidence-based treatments to adult clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and adjustment problems.
