I work from a relational perspective, building trust within a safe and supportive space. I have worked with clients with significant trauma, parental concerns, family and domestic violence, substance use, and sexual abuse. I understand grief and loss and work with a psychodynamic and trauma focused lens.
I offer a space to sit with you and help support you through your trauma. I offer a free 15 minute phone catch up so you are able to ask questions or raise any concerns. I encourage you to reach out to me with any questions you may have. I am flexible in my approach and offer out of hours and weekend sessions both in person and online.
