My passion is helping others to navigate their life. I am a caring, approachable therapist with over 18 years’ experience in truly listening and sharing others stories while addressing any concerns, helping to identify needs, and working together to achieve goals.
I have in-depth knowledge and experience of grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and life transition. I also have a deep understanding of the challenges individuals may face when caring for a sick loved one, or when caring for an elderly person. Recently, I have trained in working with Eating Disorders and working with PTSD.
I believe to be truly heard and understood is paramount to our psychological well-being. We all experience life and its challenges in different ways. As a therapist, I feel it is essential that you are able to explore and express your own unique thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, and just as important, to feel empowered for seeking help.
