I am an AHPRA registered psychologist specialising in parts-based and trauma-informed therapies. I completed my post-graduate clinical and research training at The University of Melbourne.
I offer individual and relationship therapy for adults (18+).
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins in the presence of safety. From that foundation, and with the guidance of a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist, we can begin to turn toward ourselves, including the parts of us we have learned to hide, to silence, and the parts that have long been working, in their own way, to keep us safe.
My approach is evidence-based and personalised – utilising Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), alongside Sensorimotor Therapy, ACT, Emotion Focused Therapy, and CBT.
