Neuro-affirming counselling in Canberra’s Inner North or anywhere in Australia online. Things might look fine on the surface. You’re managing your myriad responsibilities but you’re perpetually exhausted, feeling adrift or unfulfilled, or your inner critic is in overdrive. Perhaps something has shifted recently… A diagnosis. A life transition. A growing sense that the way you’ve always coped is no longer sustainable. Counselling offers space to pause, find more self-compassion and deeper self-understanding and build a life that works for you. Rebecca is an ACA registered counsellor with a particular interest in neurodivergence.

My practice is grounded in neuro-affirming, humanistic and person-centred psychology. I am interested in the whole person and believe you are the expert in your own life. I will work collaboratively with you to find your own solutions to the struggles you’re facing in daily life. My core values are authenticity, compassion, connection and common humanity.

I see clients aged 15 and over in North Canberra or online. NDIS

Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit. Although my fee is not Medicare claimable, you'll find that my fee is likely lower than your out-of-pocket with a Health Care Plan and there is no limit on the number of sessions each year. I accept self- or plan-managed NDIS clients.

I specialise in neurodivergence, particularly adults and young people who received an Autism or ADHD diagnosis later in life, or who identify as neurodivergent without a formal diagnosis.
