Welcome, my name is Rebecca as a late diagnosed ADHDer and new member of the perimenopause club I am fascinated how these two elements can align and uncover strengths and significant challenges for people.
In my practice I see people from all walks of life and experiences. A specific are of interest is supporting Nurses, Midwives and other healthcare professionals. As a counsellor with over 18 years of experience as a nurse I understand the challenges of the new grad, mid career and planning for the next steps after nursing.
I bring a deep understanding of the issues and emotions that often arise in the healthcare field. My approach is centered on empathy and caring. I have multiple modalities available to suit your needs and the circumstances. I am passionate about exploring nature and creative therapies.
