I am a qualified, trained and registered psychotherapist with lived experience of trauma recovery. In my work I use therapies such as parts therapy (IFS), EMDR, DBR and narrative therapy to help you along your healing journey. I find these therapies combined with guidance have been able to help my clients work through traumatic events they have experienced throughout life. I am privileged to be able help people transform their painful memories.
My professional goal and passion is to help you understand your inner most parts, explore the pain and burdens they are holding and guide you to reprocess and release the trauma. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR and draw on other modalities when required.
