COVID-19: Face-to-face sessions are being offered. Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work or business distress, being overwhelmed as a parent or feeling a general sense of unhappiness? Perhaps you have had your partner suggest counselling for yourself or as a couple. You might be worried at times about how you come across to your children? Do you feel like you're sinking or at the point of not being able to keep up with the demands of life? Find ways through all of these problems. Discover answers, new skills and new understandings of people's behaviour as well as your own.
I use evidence-based therapy approaches to assist you to work through a current stressful situation or to face something from the past. I have worked for over a decade with individual adults, couples and families regarding issues such as marital conflict/communication issues, affairs, separation, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, stress and trauma.
I'm committed to providing a professional, non judgemental, confidential space for people to safely address the issues impacting their lives. I take the time and personal connection necessary; genuinely caring about each person and their experiences, no matter how distressing or challenging the issues are for them. Clinical supervision provided.
