With over 10 years helping clients with anxiety in its many forms, eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorders, mood and relationship difficulties and role transitions, I support my clients to: understand their experiences and themselves, reduce shame and self reproach and build self worth and confidence to move forward. I value bringing compassion, calm, humour and hope to each session.
I'm an experienced provider of individual and group therapy, most recently with St Vincent's Hospital's eating disorders service; I've led implementation of specialist programs and services, and offered consultation, clinical supervision and workforce development in a range of settings
I hold a calm, safe space for my client to share and grow. I value collaboration, warmth and flexibility in therapy integrating a range of approaches including MANTRA, CBT/E, ACT, SSCM, EMDR, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and MBT; I can also draw from DBT and Narrative approaches, working with you to find the best fit, for you
