About
Rebecca has experience supporting individuals covering a wide age range, with a wide range of issues. By using a non judgmental and humanistic approach, individuals are guided towards a solution with the understanding that the client is the expert in their own lives. Through guidance and support, feelings and emotions can be explored and challenged to help you understand yourself better. Whether that requires short term or long term therapy, you get to decide what works better for you.
Rebecca is a PACFA registered Counsellor, who strives to help clients work through their stress, anxiety or any other issue, by developing strategies to help, support and guide them as they move forward in life with the tools to be able to help themselves better.
Reaching out and talking to someone you don't know can be hard at first, but once you do its a cathartic experience. Our sessions are confidential so feel free in the knowledge that what is said in session, stays in session. We all need a listening ear to hear our troubles, as 'a problem shared is a problem halved'.
