Rebecca is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who provides a supportive space for clients to resolve difficulties and build confidence. She has the ability to genuinely connect with clients and identify their strengths. Rebecca has experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of presentations including: •anxiety •depression •trauma •relationship difficulties •chronic pain. She employs evidence-based techniques including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and psycho-sensory interventions to tailor therapy to client needs.
