When things feel heavy, confusing, and harder to manage you might notice anxiety, low mood, or patterns that keep repeating despite your best efforts. I work with adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating and body image concerns, OCD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and grief. Some people feel caught in unhelpful ways of coping, while others are managing the impact of significant life transitions. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, and make sense of your experiences, so we can work together to understand what’s happening and move forward to wellness.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy tailored to your individual needs. I draw on CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, DBT, CFT, and somatic approaches to help you make sense of your experiences so you can begin to shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I hold an ANZAED credential as an eating disorder specialist.
Building a safe, trusting relationship is central to my work. Taking the step to seek support can feel uncertain, especially if you are not sure where to begin.
