I enjoy collaborating with clients to solve their problems and enrich their lives. I work with clients experiencing trauma, work place harassment, & chronic pain as well as depression and anxiety.. I also work with couples. I enjoy seeing people overcome their challenges & move on with their lives I offer EMDR & Clinical Hypnosis which frequently expedites real change in a relatively short time.
In working with clients I teach self hypnosis, for deep relaxation and visualization I provide EMDR a powerful therapy for change. Cognitive behavioural therapy & psychotherapy also are utilised. I am very experienced with workers compensation clients & accredited with Workcover. Experienced with MVA & personal injury .
I offer a relaxed, comfortable & informal setting where clients can ‘Get to know me” and be relaxed & trusting enough to discuss their problems. At initial contact I provide clients with my background & specialisations. I also discuss the types of therapy provided in a practical & informal manner & how therapy is tailored to their needs.
