I enjoy collaborating with clients to solve their problems and enrich their lives. I work with clients experiencing trauma, work place harassment, & chronic pain as well as depression and anxiety.. I also work with couples. I enjoy seeing people overcome their challenges & move on with their lives I offer EMDR & Clinical Hypnosis which frequently expedites real change in a relatively short time.
I have many years of working in the Workers Compensation and Motor Accident arenas. I provide medico-legal assessments for clients, employers and insurers.
In working with clients I teach self hypnosis, for deep relaxation and visualization. I provide EMDR a powerful therapy for change. EMDR is a very powerful therapy and has a very strong research base. I offer a relaxed & warm clinical setting and aim to make clients feel supported in their emotional journey.
I have 20 years experience as a therapist and still have a passion for helping clients & gaining new skills. Clients charter their own course in the recovery process.
I have Master Class Training with Dr. Roger Solomon, author & chief trainer for the Pacific Chapter of the Institute of EMDR in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
