Rani is an experienced registered Counsellor, specialising in "all things relationships" How to resolve conflict respectfully, develop emotional connection, repair, sex, affairs, forgiveness, express needs, breakup and importantly how to cultivate a healthy relationship with your Self and your nervous system. Rani is a Family therapist, has a BSc-Psychology with over a decade experience working with couples, individuals adolescents and their families. Rani strives to foster a safe environment through trust, respect and collaboration. In couples counselling, she works from a compassionate space, where she doesn’t take sides.
By nurturing the relationship with oneself through self-compassion and learning to integrate and regulate our emotions and nervous system, we can cultivate a healthier relationships with others. Rani brings a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy, but will also helps you to grow.
The modalities Rani uses to guide her counselling includes - Family Systems Therapy, Bowen, ACT, Attachment, EFT, Gottman, IMAGO as well as Trauma informed, Somatic, IFS Part work, Polly vagal and Nervous system informed. (Rani is currently studying a somatic modality to become a certified Embodied Processing Practitioner and EMDR Somatic practitioner)
