Raichel Green Counselling is based on the Central Coast of NSW in Terrigal. Telehealth services are provided Australia wide. ​We are DBT and EMDR specialists who provide a comprehensive trauma recovery/mental health service, specialising in treating adults and couples with childhood, complex or single-incident trauma. We have a keen interest in treating Borderline Personality Disorder and CPTSD. Raichel also provides couples counselling where one or both partners have a diagnosis of PTSD or BPD or other trauma diagnosis or where alcohol/drugs are an issues or couples who have been through a traumatic event including affairs.
Raichel is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 30 years of experience as a mental health clinician. She is an accredited DBT and EMDR therapist and is co host of Wise Mind-A DBT Podcast available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. She provides therapy services to individuals, couples and groups.
