About
Counselling is the collaborative approach addressing day to day challenges individuals face in their life time. At times, doing it by yourself seems overwhelming and hopeless. Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to talk about these issues and develop the necessary skills to manage your mental and emotional wellbeing as an individual or within a relationship. Rae is willing and able to work with clients to address challenges and help you achieve your goals supporting your overall well-being.
Rae specializes in relationship and grief and loss counselling. She has worked with clients of all ages including teenagers and adults focusing on the individual, couples and families. Her experience ranges from working one-on-one with clients, in schools, in groups and in crisis support settings. Berading in Afrikaans is beskikbaar.
Reaching out for support can be difficult and confronting during already difficult times. I would like to invite you to take that courageous step and improve your overall well being in a safe and supportive environment.
