Hello, I’m Lea. I work with adults from all walks of life who are seeking assistance to improve their mental health and psychological growth. I see individuals who are experiencing difficulties with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief and loss, identity issues, low self-esteem, coping and adjustment issues, and self-care. If you are wanting to resolve unhelpful life patterns that restrict your personal growth, self-compassion and fulfilling connection with others, I would love to work with you.

I'm a Counselling Psychologist and my approach is collaborative, holistic and client-centred. I offer a respectful, attentive and warm space where a strong therapeutic relationship can be fostered. By clarifying therapy goals, identifying strengths and using evidence based treatment approaches, I work with clients to alleviate symptoms and enhance wellbeing.

I charge $170 per session for employed and/or financially secure clients, and $140 for clients on a pension. Then with a GP referred Mental Health Care Plan, there is a rebate of $96.65 per session.
