I help people create a life that is worth being present for. I know the frustration of feeling stuck in your life. There is something that isn’t working for you - your mind, body, choices, patterns, job, relationship. Maybe your relationships are unsatisfying and you desire more connection, communication, safety and empathy with your friends and partner. Perhaps you are stuck in a pattern of people pleasing and often feel overlooked, undervalued and frustrated. It could be that your mind has tendencies that don’t work for you and you find yourself overwhelmed with overthinking, anxiety, depression or stress.
We will dive into your story and understand who you are and how you show up in your every day life. We will break down and assess the habits and mechanisms you have used thus far and see where there is space to introduce new ways of moving through the world. You will learn to slow down your mind and body so that you can act from a place of intention.
I love working with people to help them to connect to their body and emotions and so that they can create relationships that feel satisfying and secure. My goal is to help people set up a life that is satisfying and worth waking up to - to create secure relationships, meaningful work, purpose-driven pursuits and to foster a healthy and loving relationships.
