I have over 15 years experience working in private practice and am committed to creating a warm, safe place for clients to explore themselves, improve their well-being and make meaningful changes in their lives. I provide individual and couples therapy to adults inclusive of all genders, sexualities and cultural backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with sexual difficulties, relationship issues (dating/separation/conflict), women's health issues (e.g. fertility issues/pelvic pain/peri&postnatal), depression, anxiety disorders, stress, work problems, low self-esteem, disordered eating, and interpersonal issues.
I have a special interest in sexuality and relationships and have undertaken specialised training in these fields with Dr Vivienne Cass, Sexual Therapist and Clinical Psychologist. I have extensive experience treating a range of relationship issues and sexual difficulties including low desire, erectile dysfunction, anorgasmia, and dyspareunia.
