I am a compassionate and experienced counsellor with a Master of Counselling and a Graduate Certificate in Psychology. With additional training in the Gottman Method, I work with individuals and couples to navigate relationship challenges, self esteem concerns and co-occurring mental health concerns such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
With several years of experience working in the psychiatric hospital system, I have developed a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological factors that influence how people connect, heal, and grow - and the factors that can lead us out of ‘flow’.
I have a particular passion for helping clients work through issues related to embedded patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving us, and I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, develop insight, and build more fulfilling and balanced lives.
My work is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. Why not reach out for a free 15 minute conversation to see if working together could help?
