I have come to believe that we are all complex beings with simple needs that include the need to be witnessed and through that find deeper connection to yourself, others and the natural world. Some of the reasons you may come to Counselling include: Life transitions; Eating disorders / disordered eating; Feeling overwhelmed or are not coping with life or aspects of life; Experiencing panic or anxiety; Experiences of Trauma Grief and Loss; You may not be able to put a finger on what is troubling you but you know things could be better.
When you engage me as a counsellor we work together in a collaborative way for one session or many. There are many tools we can explore together including talking therapy; movement, mindfulness, nature connection and somatic therapy. Rachael also has training in CBT-E and SSCM, both evidenced based models for the treatment of eating disoorders.
Life can get tough sometimes and all of us need support at different times in our lives. If you would like to work with me I encourage you to reach out through my website or contact details.
