I am a warm, open minded and respectful Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience. I have a special interest in couples and relationship therapy, utilising evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help people improve communication and increase physical and emotional intimacy. I work with people from the LGBTQIA+ community and also with diverse relationship structures (such as consensual/ethical non-monogamy (ENM/CNM) including polyamory, swinging, kink). I am neuroaffirming and trauma informed in my approach and welcome NDIS funded clients.
I like to work collaboratively with people to help them reach their goals using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I utilise approaches such as the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT-E, SSCM, MANTRA, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
