I've been providing professional psychological care in Townsville for twenty years. I see psychology as providing a safe place to be vulnerable and seek out solutions and techniques to better cope with and mange life's stressors.
I have twenty years of experience helping clients reach their own goals. I enjoy using hypnotherapy for ego strengthening, to treat insomnia, weight loss, quitting smoking or substances abuse. I have a special interest in using EMDR eye movement desensitisation reprogramming to treat PTSD post traumatic stress disorder.
