I'm Phoebe Kearey and I help adults embrace their unique identity and navigate life's complexities. I have an affinity with neurodivergent adults, middle-aged women going through menopause, and anyone else who wants a space where they can be unfiltered and heard.
I provide you personalised counselling that draws upon experience and training in counselling, psychology, and health promotion. My approach includes Person-Centred and Solution-Focused therapies, and Motivational interviewing techniques (based on Stages of Change Model).
If you want a counsellor with AuDHD energy, who can track multiple threads of conversation in one session, contact Phoebe.
