Like many, I can say the balance between doing whatever it takes to provide for those we love and maintaining a healthy relationship can be challenging.
I specialise in working with couples and families. We offer the free first consultation (50mins) to assist in exploring what you need help with then together establish a plan to propel you forward.

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, overwhelm, or repeated relational conflict, and who are ready for something deeper than surface-level change.
I draw on Gottman-informed couples therapy, IFS-informed therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, depth work, values-based exploration, non-violent communication, alongside my background in yoga philosophy and yoga therapy. I also incorporate CBT, ACT, and solution-focused approaches where they're a good fit for a client's particular needs.

And what I've noticed is how many people struggle with their relationships - that could be the relationship with their partner, their child, their parents, their co-workers, their mates or the biggest and most important relationship of them all...
The great thing is, with years of experience and a real desire to empower others (some use me as a life coach), my expertise on the mind and human behaviour allows me to help others get real, positive and life-changing results using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused strategies and a Humanistic and Person-Centred approach.

You've spent years being told you were too much, or not enough. Too scattered, too emotional, too forgetful- or holding everything together on the outside while quietly drowning inside. ADHD in women looks nothing like the textbook version. It hides behind perfectionism and people-pleasing. It shows up as overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, and a bone-deep exhaustion no amount of sleep fixes. And for too long, it's been missed- in classrooms, GP offices, and therapy rooms.

My clients are adults who sense that something deeper is driving what's happening on the surface — the burnout that rest doesn't resolve, the relationship pattern that keeps repeating, the grief that won't move, the version of themselves they keep returning to despite wanting to change.
I offer individual therapy for adults across a wide range of presentations — burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and persistent patterns of behaviour. Sessions are depth-oriented and evidence-based, drawing onCBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and parts-based approaches. The work is shaped to you, not a formula, but a considered, collaboration

FAQ - About Couples Therapy
Does couples counseling work?
Research shows that couples counseling is effective; it can reduce relationship distress and improve emotional awareness, communication, empathy, intimacy, and overall relationship satisfaction. For example, emotionally focused therapy was found to be effective for about 75 percent of couples, and those benefits lasted at least two years.

When should a couple seek counseling?
Couples can benefit from counseling if they consistently struggle in their relationship. They may have lost the ability to communicate effectively, become entrenched in harmful patterns, begun to fight more than usual, broken the other’s trust, suffered from a mental or physical illness, or faced any number of other challenges. Many therapists offer free consultations, so if a couple isn’t sure whether therapy is necessary, asking directly can provide clarity.

How can I get my partner to go to couples therapy?
The decision to seek couples therapy is often driven by one partner, who then convinces the other to participate. When discussing the idea, the initiator should be direct and assertive. They can state the problems they see and explain how the relationship would benefit from therapy. In more serious cases, they can also explain how their relationship may suffer without making any changes or seeking professional help.

How does a couple prepare for couples counseling?
The anticipation of beginning couples counseling can be difficult—sometimes more difficult than the first session itself. Taking a few moments to reflect can allay those concerns: What are the current challenges? When and how did they begin? What do they want the relationship to look like in the future? Reflecting on these questions can help individuals or couples articulate their goals. Of course, the therapist will also ask questions and guide couples through the process.
