Adjusting to change is one of the hardest things to do. Whether it is because of an intentional or purposeful change, or it is completely out of your control, finding your way safely to a place of balance and "normality" again can sometimes feel impossible. That change could be triggered by something really devastating, like losing a life partner or child, difficult relationships, poor mental health, a traumatic incident or event, illness or disability. Or maybe homelessness, job loss, migration. Or it could be something that only you see as problematic. All triggers are equally valid. Wherever there is change there is usually loss.

You are tired. You have had enough, everything feels like too much, and you do not even know where to start... There is a weight sitting on your chest that you desperately want to ease, but you are unsure how. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in the same patterns, or tired of carrying experiences you have tried to manage alone. You want to talk to someone, but worry they will just tell you to breathe, journal, or think positively. If that worked, you probably would not be here. You do not need the right words or a clear goal before starting. We can always work out what you need together.

Practical therapy for measurable change. A usable tool and a snapshot of your progress - every session. You might be living with anxiety or depression, trying to make sense of painful experiences, or feeling worn down by the effort of getting through each day. You may have ADHD or be autistic and want support that understands how you experience the world. Sometimes it’s hard to tell where one challenge ends and another begins.

I am a dedicated practitioner with passion for helping individuals between the ages of 12 and 65 overcome their emotional challenges and live fulfilling lives. In my practice, I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering each individual as a unique whole. I believe that mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD are not isolated conditions but rather manifestations of deeper underlying factors. By working collaboratively with the client, we are able to identify and understand the root causes, recognising that each person's experiences and challenges are multifaceted and complex.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or caught in patterns you don’t fully understand. Perhaps anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, or relationship difficulties are weighing on you. You might notice yourself becoming reactive, shutting down in conflict, or repeating dynamics that leave you feeling frustrated or hurt. You may be wanting relief, but also deeper clarity — to better understand yourself, feel more emotionally steady, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence. Most of all, you may be looking for a space where you can feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood without judgment

Most of us want to gain insight into the difficulties that limit our lives, find strength and peace and develop a more meaningful approach in life. Feelings of emptiness and meaninglessness, grief and loss, spiritual questioning, entrenched patterns of behaviour, self image, creativity issues, self sabotage, early, midlife and late life transitioning - these are just a few difficulties which can cause considerable psychological suffering and pain. Emotional suffering destroys our contentment with and in life.

You've done the work. Read the books, tried the approaches, maybe even done therapy before. And yet something keeps running: A pattern you can name but can't shift. That gap between knowing and changing is exactly what I work with. I see adults who are ready to move forward, not just understand their past. If you want real change, not endless processing, you're in the right place.

Eating disorders can feel hopeless, but they aren’t. Whether this is your first time seeking help or your umpteenth time, I believe everyone can recover. Just as there are many reasons why an eating disorder manifests in your life, the way you recover will be just as unique. If there were a one-size-fits-all solution, that would perhaps be as deceptive as the problem itself. Whether it’s perfectionism, judgment, loneliness, self-improvement, health, fear, family issues…Together, we will discover what invites these problems into your life and begin to find what recovery means for you.
