Both in person and via telehealth.
I work with people who feel like they’re carrying too much. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety, exhaustion, shame, or the sense that they’re caught in patterns they can’t quite see but can’t seem to change. For others, it’s tied to experiences of trauma, OCD, eating disorders, or the ongoing effort of living in a body or world that hasn’t always felt safe. Many are also navigating questions of identity, neurodivergence, or health alongside their mental health. What they’re looking for is clarity, steady support, and practical ways to start untangling the patterns that leave them feeling stuck.

I offer sessions in-person or online.
Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who we are and where we're heading. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, separation, family stress, workplace pressures, grief, or a significant life transition. At times, it can feel as though you're carrying the weight of everything on your own. My approach is warm, collaborative, integrative, and holistic, recognising the connection between mind, body, heart, and spirit. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work with the whole person, exploring the experiences, beliefs, values, and patterns that shape your life and wellbeing.

I work with people who appreciate inner-work and creative understanding and want to integrate a deeper level of soul and meaning into their lives. Many people I see have reached a point of seeing how old conditioning and patterns have been limiting their inner and outer lives and are wanting to make significant changes. Many people are at a crossroads, undergoing real loss, grief, or disappointment, and needing to find new meaning and direction.

In person or Telehealth on weekdays.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or caught in patterns you don’t fully understand. Perhaps anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, or relationship difficulties are weighing on you. You might notice yourself becoming reactive, shutting down in conflict, or repeating dynamics that leave you feeling frustrated or hurt. You may be wanting relief, but also deeper clarity — to better understand yourself, feel more emotionally steady, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence. Most of all, you may be looking for a space where you can feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood without judgment

FAQ - About In Person Therapy
What are the benefits of in-person therapy?
In-person therapy offers several benefits that some people find highly valuable for their mental health treatment. Being present in the same room as your therapist can create a stronger sense of connection and allow for more nuanced communication through body language. Some people may also find it easier to focus in therapy when they are in a dedicated space and away from potential distractions related to home or work; attending an in-person session provides a clear boundary between therapy time and the rest of your life. For certain therapeutic approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), exposure therapy, or somatic therapy, being in person may be particularly important, as these therapies benefit from the therapist being able to observe and respond to a client’s physical cues effectively. Additionally, some individuals simply feel more comfortable discussing sensitive or painful topics when they are face-to-face with their therapist rather than on a screen.

When should I choose in-person therapy over online therapy?
In-person therapy may be a better choice when you need a structured therapeutic environment separate from your daily life, when you find it difficult to focus or feel comfortable in an online setting, or when privacy at home is a concern. It may also be more appropriate if you are dealing with severe mental health symptoms that require close monitoring or if your therapy involves approaches that rely heavily on observing physical cues. On the other hand, if convenience, scheduling flexibility, or access to specialists outside your immediate area are priorities, online therapy may be a better fit. Many therapists offer both options, so you can also discuss with a provider which format might work best for your specific situation.

How do I find an in-person therapist?
You can use Psychology Today's therapist directory to find an in-person therapist in your area. You can search by location, insurance accepted, specialty areas, therapeutic approaches, and other criteria to narrow down providers who meet your needs. Each therapist profile includes information about their credentials, areas of expertise, and whether they offer in-person sessions. Once you have identified potential therapists, you can contact them directly through the directory to schedule an initial consultation and determine whether they are a good fit before committing to ongoing treatment. When reaching out, it can be helpful to confirm their availability for in-person appointments, their office location, and whether they accept your insurance.
