From mood disorders to anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma symptoms including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and stress related to life changes or work.

I would describe my practice as holistic, drawing primarily from well-established, evidence-based modalities such as TF-CBT to realistically address thought patterns, DBT to enhance emotional regulation & interpersonal skills, elements of ACT to foster psychological flexibility & EMDR to process traumatic memory. I value transparency, openness, & honesty, so we can collaboratively create an environment of mutual trust and understanding.
