My practice focuses on ADHD assessments and evidence-based interventions for anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and addictions, with targeted support for complex PTSD and attachment-related challenges through trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR therapy.
I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs using a range of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
