Hello, I'm Diane. I have been helping people with their mental health issues for over 17 years. I have addressed depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, relationships, as well as stress, life transitions, and traumatic events using a compassionate, safe, and practical approach. I have additional qualifications in art therapy, which when combined with mindfulness has helped many people from very different backgrounds. My lived experience as an army veteran and humanitarian aid worker in Iraq, has placed me in tough situations; I welcome those veterans, aid workers, emergency personnel and FI/FO workers.
